Terms of Use

Last updated October 6, 2026

These terms cover Edge Music: the web player at music.edgeventure.uk and the Edge Music iOS app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Edge Music. Listening doesn't need an account; these terms still apply to it.

Who can use Edge Music

You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age for using a service like this one. Some music in the catalogue has explicit lyrics.

Your account

Community rules

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Breaking these rules gets content removed, and can get an account closed without warning.

In Spaces, messages, profiles, playlists, posts and anything else you share, don't:

Reporting and blocking

You can report a profile, a post, a direct message or a message in a Space, and you can block anyone. Blocking takes effect straight away: the person can no longer follow you or message you. Reports come to us, and we review them within 24 hours. When content breaks these rules we remove it, and we may close the account that posted it. You can also write to us at the address below.

What you post

You keep ownership of what you create and share. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people you shared it with, only as needed to run Edge Music. When you delete it, or delete your account, that permission ends, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The music

The music, videos and artwork on Edge Music belong to their artists and rights holders. Songs in Discover come from an independent music network and remain the property of their creators. You may stream them, and save songs for offline listening where the app offers it, for your own personal, non-commercial listening. Don't copy, redistribute, or publicly perform them.

If you believe something on Edge Music infringes your rights, write to the address below with the details and we'll look into it promptly.

Music from Audius

Discover streams songs published on the Audius network through Audius's official API. Each Audius song is credited to its artist and linked to its page on Audius, and is licensed to music players under the Audius Open Music License. Your use of it is also subject to the Audius API Terms and the Audius Privacy Policy. Audius songs are streamed only; they are never saved for offline listening.

Paid features

Creator Studio and any paid creator features are offered only on the website and may come with their own terms at the time of purchase. The iOS app sells nothing.

The iOS app

If you use the iOS app, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple isn't responsible for Edge Music or its content; we are.

The service itself

We work to keep Edge Music running and the music playing, but we provide it "as is", without promises that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the service. Nothing here limits rights that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Ending

You can stop using Edge Music and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or to protect other listeners.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page, and tell you in the app or on the website before the change applies to you.
